History:

T-Bone Feeders, Inc. is a family owned and locally operated Feedlot that has been part of the Northwest Kansas area for the past 30 years.

T-Bone Feeders has a capacity of 6500 head of feeder cattle.  The Feedlot is set in a prime location on the cross roads of I-70 and K-27, 17 miles from the Colorado border and 35 miles from the Nebraska border.  The feedlot sets on a paved road 1 1/2 miles west of Goodland, Kansas.

Within a 3 hour driving time from the feedlot we have access to National Beef at Holcomb and Liberal, Kansas and, Excel at Dodge City, Kansas and Fort Morgan, Colorado, and IBP located at Garden City.  Within an hour and half drive is the Coleman Natural Beef Plant located on I-70 at Limon, Colorado.

T-Bone has 3-4 packer buyers visit the lot on a weekly basis- National, Excel, IBP and Swift.  We can sell cattle on the cash market, grids and future contracts.
